Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on a research project focused on the treatment of industrial wastewater, specifically that originating from fertilizer manufacturing. I’m facing a challenge in obtaining a consistent and representative sample for laboratory experiments. Therefore, I’m exploring methods to either collect or synthetically prepare wastewater that accurately mimics the characteristics of effluent from fertilizer production processes.

My main concerns are:

  • Chemical Composition
  • Preparation Protocol
  • Sampling vs. Synthesis
  • Any insights, published methods, or recommendations based on your experience would be very valuable. References to any literature or standard methods would also be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your help!
