How to prepare stock solution for Arsenic (V)?

Hi,

I have 2 types of Arsenic (V) powders: (i) As2O5.3H2O and (ii) Na2HAsO4.7H2O. Is preparation of the stock is different. Can anyone explain how to prepare stock solution from this powder I bought from sigma.
