Actualy for analysis Rietveld, We need two data. CIF data as a input that we can find in

– http://www.crystallography.net

– http://www.webmineral.com.

Furthermore, Data from XRD characterization as an Ouput data.

For output data we can use in .xy or .dat format based on Program Reitica that we use.

To changes our data in format .xy or .dat, we can use TextPad program.

Thank you, I still have a question : if I just have an excell data (*.Xls), is it directly to convert to .dat (with Text Pad) without arranging the distance (10 pause each number)?

If our data still in (*.Xls) so we can arranging the data (10 pause each number) using Matlab program.

But, I think is more easy if we save our data in .xy using TexPad and in our Reitica program we set that our input data in format .xy.
