how aniline monomer can be distilled prior to chemical polymerization?

Here you can find a book chapter about the polymerization of the aniline. For purification of the aniline monomer, you can make a distillation under reduced pressure at 68 - 70 °C. ("Purification of Laboratory Chemicals").
