Reference formulation excipients you can find on any marketed products containing PCT as active drug. please optimize the quantities of suspending agent to stabilize the suspension. You can also think about optimum API size which you might need to produce stable suspension.

I agree with Ranjita. And also search for in scientifical publications possible amounts of excipients in suspensions of paracetamol and other AFIs and then try to make suspension.

Have you try to micronized paracetamol powder first?

Or, for alternative, have you read Handbook of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Formulations Liquid Products (Vol.3) by Niazi? On part II (Manufacturing Formulations), you can find formulation of acetaminophen suspension using xanthan gum or Kollidon.
