I want to purify a 88 kDa bacterial secretory protein, which oligomerizes into different forms such as heptamers, octamers, dodecamers etc., for that I have buy Q Sepharose, Sepharose 6B phenyl sepharose 6 FF beads. Is it possible that I buy separate empty columns, fill them with beads and attach to AKTA Pure for the isolation of my protein. If yes kindly suggest me specifications such as size and others of columns and companies who can provide them cheaply.
