MALDI-TOF is a useful technique to analysis organics, but inorganics (especially metal NPs）cannot be detected in MALDI-TOF. So, you need make it clear what components do you want, then specific pretreatment methods .

I am not sure if the "nano-organic particles" you said are compose of inorganic or bio cores and organics attach to them. If so, these pare may help you.
