You need experimental data of course, which allow to calculate the adsorption value and the equilibrium adsorbate concentration. These two parameters creates adsorption isotherm. The main task is to establish equilibrium conditions. You must be sure that all data selected for adsorption value calculations represent adsorption equilibrium state. Keep this in mind analyzing different experimental procedures.
