How to prepare Adipogenic Differentiation Media?

Hi, I'm working on macrophage polarization utilizing Trans-well inserts. For co-culture with macrophages, we need to prepare human, as well as mice (C57BL6 type) differentiated adipocytes. In our laboratory, we don't have commercial adipogenic differentiation media (ADM). For which we need to prepare ADM from our own resources available. Can anyone please suggest me a suitable protocol to prepare ADM. In anticipation.
