How to prepare a Cu2O sample for Hall effect Measurement?

Now, I am doing research about Cu2O/FTO prepared by electrochemical deposition. I want to know the type of Cu2O in my sample. So, I will send my sample to Hall effect measurement, but how to separate Cu2O from FTO substrate? Does anyone have suggestions?
