I want to prepare 200 uM NADP solution using NADP Na2;Triphosphopyridine nucleotide disodium salt (Brand: Solarbio, Molecular formula: C21H26N7Na2O17P3, MW: 787.4 g/mol). May I know what reagent that I need to use to dilute the chemical?
Also, after I prepared the solution, do I need to kept the solution in dark and cold condition?

It dissolves in water. It is mildly acidic when dissolved, so it is desirable to neutralize the pH with NaOH for the sake of stability if you make a large volume of stock solution and you plan to store it for a long time. However, since you only need a 200 µM solution, you can prepare a fresh 10 mM stock solution (7.87 mg/mL) in water (or the buffer of your choice) for each day's work and dilute it to 200 µM in whatever solution you plan to use. Keep the solution cold and avoid exposing it to UV light.
You can prepare a fresh 10 mM stock solution (7.87 mg/mL) in water (or the buffer of your choice), then take 20 µl of this stock solution (this volume is 200 µM).
