Thanks Mauricio for the method. i have applied this route and got RM complete converted but problem was with isolation of the product. My product pKa value is 9-9.1. can u give any idea for isolation of the product.

If your reaction worked under this condition then extract with ethyl acetate (3 times). Concentrate the combined organic phases, and the remaining residue is to be purified by column chromatography on silica gel to provide your desired product. See
