Start with a known gate work function, for example 4.28eV (corresponding to aluminum) or 4.5eV (corresponding to titanium-nitride). Simulate the n-FINFET. Extract required values like Threshold voltage, On current ,off current, Transconductance as per tutorials available for Silvaco. Then again change the work function and do those steps again. Finally plot the graph from various available data.

you can calculate threshold voltage using "extract" command for every metal which you have used in your simulation.
