It is easy to plot a ternary phase diagram of elements. But I don't see any tutorials plotting ternary phase diagram for compounds/alloys/ceramics like (SiC-ZrB2-ZrC).
I know that you can plot a ternary phase diagram into a binary by fixing the composition in the system definer module, and selecting the option of phase diagram in the equilibrium calculator module, such that you will a binary phase diagram of a compound as a function of an independent element pecent. However, for a ternary system, I haven't tried before, because you need to make sure if of a given temperature SiC-ZrB2-ZrC are in equilibrium (in the case of the isothermal section).
I asked to ThermoCal support. They said it's not possible with ThermoCalc. I am not sure if your methods will work because there is no database that has all the elements Zr B Si and C.
