ECC stands for Effective Correlation Coefficient
DG stands for Diversity Gain
CCL Stands for Channel Capacity Loss
MEG Stands for Mean Effective gain
Four Port MIMO antenna consist of four radiators.

The formula given in documents are for 2 port MIMO antenna(i.e. between port 1 and 2).
You have to plot different curves between two different ports. For this you have to convert your formula for calculating parameter according to the ports. Suppose in case of 4 port MIMO, you will have to calculate ECC12, ECC13, ECC14 and so on.

For a two port MIMO, we have port 1 and port 2. So, we calculate ECC12, TARC 12, DG12 and so on i.e. between port 1 and 2.
Same way, for a four port MIMO, we have port 1, 2, 3 and 4. So, we need to calculate ECC between different ports, i.e ECC12, ECC13, ECC14, ECC23, ECC24, and ECC34.
Similarly, for other MIMO parameters also, you need to calculate these values.

If ECC between two adjacent ports such as ECC12 is above 0.05 while ECC13 is ok, what to do ?

Value of ECC should be less than 0.5 for MIMO antenna with good diversity performance. So, it is a good value of ECC12 as 0.05.
The distance between port 1 and 2 and port 1 and 3 will be different. So, ECC value will be different for different port configuration.

What about CCL then? If MIMO has 8/16 ports, how to PLOT CCL ? In available literature up to 4 port CCL equation in terms of S parameters are given. Kindly suggest techniques to plot CCL for 8/16 port. I have tried upto four port using HFSS by writing equations in editor of HFSS.

Don't get confused with the formulae given in the literature. They are defined for CCL or ECC or DG for any two port.
If you have eight port, you need to calculate 28 different values of CCL for different combinations of ports.
Let me explain in detail.
For 8 port MIMO, you have port 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
You have to make different combinations of ports and calculate CCL for port12, then port13, then port14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 34, 35 and so on...
