Hello everyone, I'm working with Quantum Espresso and I want to know how to plot the pseudopotential so I can get information, like graph of potential energy to atomic radii (r).
Thanks for your answers.
Pina Pitriana
Hi Pina Pitriana,
You can read UPF files with 'textscan' function of MATLAB and then you can plot out your desired values. Thanks.

Thank you Mr. Miah, can you give me some example how to plot the potential energy to radius in pseudopotential file, because there are many column.
Thanks again for your kindness
Pina
