I am s PhD student in Earthquake Engineering. Now, I work on the development of seismic fragility curves for bridge piers. For this, I use IDA method by using OpenSees tool.
For this, I calculate maximum drift for each PGA by considering different ground motion (using IDA: Incremental Dynamic Analysis).
Can you explain to me in detail the plot of the curve (PSDM) to better understand!

Instead of Linear regression and PSDM, better use Maximum Likelihood Estimation techniques to get the fragility, see this paper by Dr Jack Baker from Stanford: https://web.stanford.edu/~bakerjw/fragility.html

I would advise you to start learning the MATLAB software. But for fast way use the Exel within microsft flr plotting frigilty curves.
