It seems like I can´t find the best setting for pipetting 384 well plates with the Qiagility system. The volumes are often not pipetted correctly. Depending on the settings (multi pipetting ON/OFF, additional extra volume 1-4ul, multi dispensing) in some wells there is more liquid (1-3ul difference), in other wells less.

Is anyone using this machine for 384 well plates and can suggest me a setting that will work? Unfortunately the techservice from Qiagen doesn´t really know what is causing the problem. They state that the machine should work perfectly.

If anyone has experience with this machine please let me know if your machine pipettes 384 well plates perfectly and if it does what settings you use.
