I'm conducting a research on turnover intentions at call center employees. My plan is to send the survey link on SurveyMonkey to all the employees. However, the company interested in my study refused to give out the list of employees' emails and demanded that they are the distributor of the survey link. This seems to be inconsistent with the anonymity and confidentiality guidelines of the ethical committee. I'm thinking about asking the company to let me show up in their office for a few hours and let the employees fill out the survey by hand (like the way teachers and professors' evaluation forms are filled out). What is your opinion on that solution? Could you please suggest me some other options to meet the company half way?
