I am trying to perform molecular docking of a metal ion complex, specifically FeTe or Te, with a protein using Glide and PyRx. However, the docking process is not proceeding successfully. It seems that these software tools may not support docking with metal complexes directly.

Could anyone suggest alternative approaches or software that allow docking of metal ions like FeTe with proteins? Additionally, are there any specific parameters or modifications needed in Glide or PyRx to enable such docking? Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
