How to perform diagnostic testing of ADA enzymatic activity in patients with ADA-SCID?

I am having a patient suspected to be having Adenosine Deaminase Deficiency (Severe Combined Immunodeficiency). As we do not have the facility for enzyme testing and genetic tests for the above disease, It would be great if anyone can provide the protocol for checking the ADA enzymatic activity.

Serum ADA levels can be measured by method reported in my paper and also tissue ADA levels.
