my samples are green algae. due to my lab facilities , centrifuge and filtration is possible, but centrifuge to high rate was very time consuming and I lost many biomass as i had to use different falcons with 50 ml volume or centrifuge with 300 ml and 4000 rpm. filtration was impossible , because of their small size, in this time ,I am thinking about floating but what voltage what miliamper, and polymer flocculation, my aim is fatty acid and pigment extraction , i am not sure about them , if these component affect algae or not?
