I have prepared 15wt.% PDMS and poured it on a glass petri dish, then let it dry for 72 hr at room temp. after I tried to peel it and it doesn't work, so I am crosslinked in an oven for 3 hr , but i would like to peel it without any damage , any help /recommendation for a method
Hey. First, what is your definition of a 15 wt.& PDMS?
Second, do you need a smooth surface of the PDMS? If not, you can put some foil (for example cling film) between the petri dish and the PDMS. After curing the PDMS at RT you can simply separate PDMS from the foil. If you need a nice surface finish you can use the foil as intermediate layer between a (glass or silicon) wafer and the petri dish. After curing you can peel off the PDMS from the wafer quite easy. Using a scalpel might be necessary to remove PDMS that has gone under the wafer.
Finally, you could try coating your glass petri dish with some silane (e.g.
CAS Number 3069-42-9). But I have not tried that procedure yet.

You can use teflon surface for the pouring of membrane solution and peel it easily from teflon surface. Furthermore, you can use water for peeling. If you add water after membrane drying on glass petri, it may be help for peeling.
