the antenna is designed and started for the simulation, but the error has occurred that the system has only 16 GBytes for the simulation, how to overcome that error

Are you sure you haven't built your model in metres, rather than millimetres?That would make it a very big model that would require a lot of RAM. It would also get you the wrong result.
