I think CAMBIA vectors are not available for purchase now. What you can do is wite to the company and ask them   whether any scientists in your country have already purchased it from them and then write to them ,... You might have to sign a disclosure that this is for academic purpose, not commercial one...

We recently asked a Gene Synthesis Company (i.e. Genscript) to generate a couple of vectors which we could not anymore obtain from the published sources - if you know the vector sequence and you are willing to spend 0.2-0.3 USD/base pair you should be able to get the construct within 3-4 weeks.

Check out this company below. They sells a series of pCambia vectors.
