How to obtain the median frequency of the EMG signal during a fatigue protocol?

I need to get the value of the median frequency of the EMG signal during a fatigue protocol of lower limbs. I want to find a level of fatigue, and I will use two fatigue indicators. FIrstly, the perfomance in the fatigue protocol and another that will be the analysis of the median EMG signal frequency.

How can I get it and compare it? It can obtain this variable, even without first having done the MVC to normalize the data? I can obtain the median frequency only at the beginning of each fatigue sets (about 20 seconds signal for each series) and then compare between sets?
