We are interested in the contributions of nuclear stopping and electronic stopping to the (integral) energy deposited in solid materials during irradiation with heavy ions in SRIM/TRIM simulations. The results table from SRIM calculations provides only the values for the electronic and nuclear stopping at the materials' surface (e.g. in eV/A or keV/µm at a depth of 0 µm) as function of projectile energy (besides information on ion range and straggling). Is there a way to obtain the total energy deposited by each nuclear and electronic stopping in the material (or their respective fractions with respect to the projectile energy), respectively, and to derive the values for electronic and nuclear stopping as function of depth in SRIM/TRIM, for example to plot the respective Bragg curves?
