Dear Muhammad Tahir Akhtar, attached please find a picture of the structural formula of this compound. Apparently, the compound has been described only in a number of patents.

Dear Muhammad Tahir Akhtar, unfortunately a literature search revealed no particular biological activity of this compounds. It has only been mentioned as an intermediate in the synthesis of very different compounds. A typical reference is the attached patent.

Dear Muhammad Tahir Akhtar, generally speaking, it is a derivative of a diketo acid, 2,4-dioxo-5-hexenoic acid. A search for other derivatives of this acid (see attached) revealed that some of them show antiviral activity against HIV-1. I hope this helps.
