How to merge .info files?

PLINK 1.9 has recently started generating .info and .ped files (needed as input in Haploview software) per chromosome from bfiles. The command being used in "plink--bfile --recode HV --out ". Is there any way we can merge these .info and .ped files into one containing data from all chromosomes?
