Giyos Khamdamov An apparatus known as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is required in order to test the electrical resistance of a silicon-carbon-coated anode sheet of a lithium-ion battery. The EIS data can be plotted on a Nyquist plot, which shows the real (Z') and imaginary (Z") parts of the impedance as a function of frequency.
Dear Giyos Khamdamov You have two options to choose from: the EIS or the four-probe method. The four-probe method measures electrical conductivity by placing four electrodes on a material. This method is widely used in scientific research and the semiconductor industry for precise measurements. On the other hand, if you want to measure easily, then go with EIS.
thank you for your answer, Yes I know EIS , we have EIS machine , but I have no idea how to contact clamps to film. I have not find any information about experiment from google yet
Giyos Khamdamov You fabricated an anode sheet for LIB. If yes, then perform half-cell testing and measure EIS. If you are unfamiliar with half-cell fabrication, please refer to the following publications.
