In details, I am working with three dimensions of women empowerment i.e. economic empowerment, household empowerment, and socio-cultural empowerment. Each of the dimension has several indicators like economic empowerment has 7 indicators, household empowerment has 8 indicators, socio-cultural empowerment has 4 indicators. For each of the indicators, my response category is following -. 1= Respondent 2= Husband 3= Respondent And Husband Jointly 4= Other…(Specify ) So my question is how do I measure women empowerment?
I would recommend to read some quantitative papers to understand how to measurement empowerment. I used just empowerment as a tool where included some questions to measure empowerment. I think you can follow them.. Furthermore, there are some research papers where some measurements of empowerment is given. I hope it helps.

You can just make a total and then if you want to categorize you can choose cut off points in different ways. You just choose one and it's the simplest method for you.
