This is my contribution as a researcher that based on the findings and recommendations, I can suggest to the policy makers for verification and rectification on their existing policies to enhance their Empowerment.
Here in Ecuador, Higher Education institutions have plenty of women in any career. I think it is an important aspect of women empowerment. However, it is not the same - yet - when observing the laboral reality. So I think it is important to make people aware about how it (having women on the staff) can contribute to improve the quality in the whole entreprise.
