How to measure width of epidermis from IF confocal pics?

Hey all!

I'm trying to measure the width of the epidermis in skin sections from IF confocal pictures.

Can anyone recommend a program / tips on how to do it ?

If you use Leica or Zeiss confocal microscope, you can add scale bar on your picture by their software.
