How to measure the VOE,RMSD,RVD and the accuracy between two 3D matrix with a different size?

I want to measure the Volumetric Overlap Error (VOE), the Relative Volume Difference(RVD), Average Symmetric Surface Distance (ASD), the Root Mean Square Symmetric Surface Distance (RMSD), Maximum Symmetric Surface Distance (MSD), the TRUE POSITIVE and the False negative between two 3D matrix. This two 3D matrix have a different size.

May anyone please help me to figure out how i can measure this metric without changing the size of these 2 matrix?
