Dear scientific community,

We are trying to assimilate the non-woven ultrasonic welding machine for face masks.

We are having some problems in generating enough heat to melt non-woven fabric. How can we increase the heat production? We are using piezoelectric transducer (silver), booster (aluminum silver alloy) and horn (titanium). Question is, how can we assure that the frequency generated from transducer is successfully boosted up by booster and ultimately enable horn to get enough frequency & heat for successful joint formation?

Do different metals used in this model have net negative impact on frequency generation and ultimately heat production?

How can we measure the frequency of transducer?

Is there any problem with our model, your cooperation would highly be appreciated, if you suggest solution for this.

Thanks in advance.
