I suggest you 4 of measurement approach for force determination while driving conditions.
First, tie the displacement sensor with rope between the top and lower mounts of the spring, collect data and transform it into the acceleration data. You can estimate the forces by using it.
Second, tie the acceleration sensor very close to lower mount of the spring and filter the data in order to clear it from noise. You can find ready to use filters for this process according to your requirements.
Third, collect the strain history and correlate the measurement results with your simulations. It provides the force estimation too.
Last and the most expensive suggestion, apply the wheel force transducer to collect real force history during the test.
