I wish to learn how to measure a cavity or cavity like arrangements present in an organic molecule. For proteins, many more online websites and softwares were available to measure the size of the cavity present in them. But, when we come to small organic molecules containing less than 50 atoms, how can we measure the size of the opening like thing or cavity that present in them. I welcome your suggestions in this regard. Thank you all in advance.

Thanks for your reply. Yes as you said by measure the distance between atoms, the cavity can be measured. But how to measure the volume of such molecules. Kindly explain.
