I would request to please advise for a well-established measurement scale for measuring organizational resources which should include tangible and intangible resources as per resource-based perspective (RBV theory).....
you can find the measures in empirical studies, see below:
Dubey, R., Gunasekaran, A., Childe, S. J., Blome, C., & Papadopoulos, T. (2019). Big data and predictive analytics and manufacturing performance: integrating institutional theory, resource‐based view and big data culture. British Journal of Management, 30(2), 341-361.
Yu, W., Chavez, R., Jacobs, M. A., & Feng, M. (2018). Data-driven supply chain capabilities and performance: A resource-based view. Transportation Research Part E: logistics and transportation review, 114, 371-385.
Thanks a lot for your sharing. I have read these articles. These gave me a good idea regarding the classification of resources and capabilities. However, these are mainly focussing on the technological capabilities and resources of the organization. I would be grateful if you can share any article with a general measure, for the assessment of organizational resources and capabilities.
