I would like to measure a resistance of metals (amorphous and crystalline alloys) using a four-wire resistance measurement method. Is it possible to perform such measurements using the SR510 Lock In Amplifier? I am no familiar in using Sr510.
Are they films with very low thickness? If not I do not think you need for lock in amp. the micro amper meter in this case is sufficient with simple connection.
I would like to measure a resistance 20-60 um thick metalic glasses foils and I don't want buy another micro amper meter but use this SR510 if possible.
I suppose that you would like to measure the sheet resistance or resistivity
of 20-60 um foils. If so contacless measurement methods can be used for this purpose.
