How could or should this effect be brought about? Start from this point and develop a hypothesis and than test that.

I have absolutely no idea how it should work. If you have no hypothesis testing will be almost impossible.

Soft music is said to improve some production parameters in poultry ( growth rate and egg production) and higher milk yield in cattle when the subjects are exposed in comparison to a control line. Similarly, it may be researched in replicated trials to expose the birds (broilers/layers) to three different treatments- control, radiation effects of mobile phones,( different wave lengths), soft and melodius music . Statistical analyses of the data collected will throw light on the different effects of the different treatments. Means of measuring different wavelengths must be made if significant differences exist in the treatment groups from that of the control.

This is a new field of study though it warns mobile users inside poultry sheds not to switch on !!!!

You need to consult with a microwave engineer/researcher to measure the intensity of electromagnetic radiation from cellular mobile phone. Ideally you need to make one Faraday cage to study the sole effect of electromagnetic irradiation on poultry birds. The Faraday cage should have two segments for control and target group. Besides, you have to be equipped with RF spectrum analyzer and suitable microwave antenna/near field probe.
