Hi all,

I am currently writing my master thesis about the knowledge/competence gap between an IT outsourcer and his client. By this I mean the difference of the IT knowledge and the impact that an IT outsourcing contract has on this. It was quite difficult for me to find sources on this. But luckily, with some help, I managed to find some. I'm also performing a case study on a bank and the collaboration of its IT department and their IT outsourcer. I was wondering if someone has more sources on this topic and perhaps a source in which its mentioned how to measure this?
