I want to measure Haze factor for my transparent conductive coating using carry 5000 UV Vis NIR spectrophotometer. But I am not sure about which attachment is to be used for this purpose. Please guide me.

When passing through a cloudy solution containing suspended solids, light is transmitted, absorbed (blocked), and scattered (reflected off the particles). The amount of scattered light depends on the size, shape, and concentration of the insoluble particles in the solution, as well as the wavelength of the incident light.
If the sensor captures the scattered light, then the device is called a nephelometer. The carry 5000 UV Vis NIR spectrophotometer records the absorption of electromagnetic radiation. The dependence of absorption intensity on turbidity will be visible. Therefore, you need to take spectra of turbid solutions and compare their turbidities at different wavelengths.
