Hi, I would like to measure digital literacies of preservice or inservice teachers. As a quantitative method, I made a digital literacy survey which will be conducted with the beginning of the research and at the end of the research. I attached the survey for your reference. The survey was constructed based on Reynolds' six contemporary practices framework for social constructivist digital literacy. The survey has 18 items and 6 domains (create, manage, publish, socialize, research, surf). 

Could you guide me to how to make the survey questions more valid and reliable?
