How to measure concentration of a luminescence emitting metal ion using the fluorescence instrument itself?

I want to measure the concentration of a doped metal ion in an inorganic matrix so that I can get a clear idea about how much metal ion has been doped in that matrix and this I want to know using the luminescence instrument itself.
