I have solutions resulted by microwave digestion of cement powders using 2ml HCl, 2ml HNO4 and 1ml HF (the HF excess was neutralized with 10 ml of H3BO3). The solution resulted from digestion was diluted with DW in 100 ml flask.
If I try to match the matrix for calibration standards shall I add the same volumes of the acids to 100 ml of standard soution?

Matrix matching is always a good idea.
Depending on which elements you want to analyse, you might also want to include some cations in matrix match I would guess for high concetrations in Ca Al and maybe Na or K in cementitious matrices.
The main effects of the matrix on ICP-OES analysis are differences in viscosity and plasma stability. Which basically translates in differences in ionisation rates over time. You could also control for these parameters using an internal standard. Even though matrix matching is usually safer.
If you want to measure trace amounts in concentratted matrices, you should carefully check for spectral interferences in a sample (not a standard solution).
