Generally, there are different technique for fabrication of laminated composites. It is generally you have to manufacture. Otherwise some laminated composites composite manufacturer you can get. As per your requirement they can manufacture the laminated composites. The manufacturing processes are: Processes:
Hand Lay-up
Pre-preg forming
Pressure molding
Vacuum bagging
Filament winding
Pultrusion
Spray method
Sheet molding
Bulk molding
Resin transfer molding....You can get details information from different composite related book. In IITKGP, IIT Guwahti and some other IIT also have composite manufacturing lab..
I think your question is about prepregs also . These prepregs are pre- impreginated fabrics. The resin is already present in the fabric, in uncured condition, you have to do the cutting , layup, vaccum / pressure and heat the layup so that the excess resin is bled out and you get a laminate of high fiber volume fraction( approx 60 to 70 percent).
Regarding prepregs, if you can't fabricate it yourself (there is quite a lot of equipment required), you can just buy the roll and make it fabricate by others. You will need to indicate the prepreg reference, dimensions and the fabrication sequence. Some laboratories offer the fabrication service. There is one in my company. I can provide more details if necessary.
