I have created .RPT in Abaqus but when I open the file it doesn't contain any proper data and most of the columns have NO VALUE. I would be thankful if anyone can provide the procedure to export XY data to Excel or Python script for this purpose.

Using Plug-in tool it is not possible to select all data at a time. Since there are thousands of data value present in the model so it is difficult to select manually. Can I select all data at a time?

You can refer Scripting reference guide in ABAQUS Documentation. It has ample of examples on extracting data from ABAQUS. The data returned is of Tuple data type. You can use matplotlib to plot the data using python. In order to operate on the data module like numpy would be useful.

Make sure your XYData is correct by viewing it in ABAQUS first before using the Report XY Data tool. If you're exporting more than one XYData then you need to create a separate table for each. Also if you're having problems viewing the .rpt file on Windows notepad, I suggest you use another editor like Crimson or Notepad++
Actually, You can define a last increment, for example by definition of nodal set elements in the last increment of solving.

Perform the following steps:
1- Open a Excel file.
2- In the ribbons go to 'DATA' and click 'From Access'.
3- Click 'All Files(*,*)' and open the rpt file that you saved.
4- In the original data type section click 'Fixed width' and click next and finish.
