In order for the school to achieve its vision, the question: "How to manage school behavior to improve success in school and in society" needs an effective answer.
My understanding is that you are seeking improvements in the behaviors of students at school level & not at university level.
I think my personal experience offers a "tried" solution: I was a school teacher in Jordan for 3 years (1975- 1978) after graduating with B.Sc. In my first year, I was holding the "modern" view of education at that time, i.e. no punishment & only rewards one after another! But the outcome was not as good as I wished. In the second year, I went to the classes holding a stick every now & then and I really witnessed an improvement in the quality of students. In my third (& final) year as a school teacher, the stick was my constant companion each time I went to classes and I used it few times in each class. It was amazing to see huge progress. Luckily, physical punishment was allowed at schools in those old times.
In short, life itself goes by reward & punishment hand in hand. Disturbing this natural trend by abolishing penalty will spoil school students "as we see these days".
The school behavior is known as per his identity ,his own name & the performance which has created as a image not only for the student but also the parents who look the student for the performance of their study & also their behavior for which they are known as a student of their school . It is in this line that I have with my publication under the captioned '' Behavior '' which I submit herewith for your kind perusal
