First, what kind of technology? Digitalization? I can see how this would enhance the traceability of consumers and consumer purchases, which would help ML and AI algorithms learn. Similarly, automation for things like illness well-checks for inbound or outbound passengers could help reduce risks to personnel who would otherwise be exposed to illness.
