Hi,

I am using Bayesian belief networks method to predict time delay in construction projects. Regardless how to collect data, I want to be definite that I meet network requirements. I address the steps I will do for network construction:

1. I assume the structure of the network has been established

2. Probability distribution for each node has been identified unless target node.

3. Conditional probability tables for all nodes have been identified

My question is: is that enough for making prediction for target node? are these values enough for making prediction? any requirements are needed assuming that the network is like the image attached.
